JASPER the dog as Babushka- commission for a friend

This is a commission I did for my friend Erik who lost his beloved dog Jasper and wanted to memorialize him in art. I'm a huge dog lover and fell in love with this dog after seeing his pictures. The funniest picture was the one where Eric put a napkin on his head like a scarf and made Jasper look like a Russian grandmother. Then I was inspired to surround Jasper's head in flowers inspired by the folk art style.
